Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain functional consulting or a similar subject matter expert role
- Proven functional expertise across multiple SAP Supply Chain modules, including Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP)
- Significant experience of 3-5+ years with SAP Ariba modules (e.g., Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, Ariba Buying, Ariba Guided Buying, Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance)
- Strong familiarity with SAP S4HANA; experience with ECC is also valuable
- Demonstrated involvement in at least 2-3+ full lifecycle SAP implementation projects
- Deep understanding of integration scenarios between SAP Ariba and SAP S4HANA/ECC
- Expert-level functional configuration abilities in core SAP MM, SD, and PP
- Solid grasp of procurement, order-to-cash, and production processes
- Hands-on experience with Ariba configuration, template design, and integration elements
- Ability to read and comprehend ABAP code for debugging specifications is advantageous
- Skilled in creating functional specifications for WRICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the key subject matter expert for SAP EWM, offering authoritative advice on best practices and industry trends
- Lead or play a major role in designing comprehensive supply chain processes in SAP, matching business needs with SAPs standard functionalities across various modules
- Guide integration strategies and troubleshooting for data flows between SAP Ariba and SAP S4HANA/ECC, as well as other relevant SAP Supply Chain modules
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex supply chain business requirements, translating these into clear functional specifications
- Support and guide configuration activities in SAP Supply Chain modules and Ariba solutions, ensuring the realization of designed processes
- Identify and resolve intricate business and system challenges within the supply chain domain, while identifying opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements
- Participate in every stage of the project lifecycle, from discovery and design to build, testing, training, and hypercare support
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including other SAP functional areas, technical teams, change management, and Testing teams to ensure cohesive solutions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive functional documentation including design documents, test scripts, and training materials, and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams and end-users
- Clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to foster consensus and support decision-making
