Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in managing IT and OT infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Experience with budget management and financial controls
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components, such as servers, networks, and cloud technologies
- Knowledge of governance, compliance, and change management processes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of IT and OT infrastructure projects and services
- Act as project manager and coordinator for complex and smaller infrastructure requests
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget
- Collaborate with global IT infrastructure and local stakeholders for infrastructure matters
- Manage site infrastructure demand and project portfolio, ensuring prioritized delivery
- Attend Infrastructure CAB meetings to represent the site and ensure proper communication
- Develop comprehensive project charters, including scope and budget planning
- Lead project teams in delivering various infrastructure solutions
- Coordinate all phases of project delivery, from design to operations handover
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status and risks
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective collaboration among teams
- Monitor and manage project budgets, reporting on financial variances
- Maintain thorough project documentation and report on key performance indicators and outcomes
