Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in metering, utilities, or technology sectors
- Capability to connect technical knowledge with business goals, particularly in application domains and end-user needs
- Strong analytical skills to assess market and competitor data while developing successful strategies for each product line
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to engage with sales, marketing, and engineering teams
- Resourceful and adept at making strategic decisions that enhance product success and customer satisfaction
- Proactive leader with the ability to manage multiple products and effectively guide cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the product roadmap for designated products, aligning company objectives and customer needs into clear priorities
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, making trade-off decisions based on impact, feasibility, and value
- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to steer development
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, Development, Engineering, and Innovation teams to plan, execute, and deliver product releases
- Lead product discovery initiatives by gathering customer insights, validating issues, and testing potential solutions
- Oversee product launches, ensuring readiness, internal coordination, and conducting post-launch evaluations
- Work alongside Sales and Marketing on product positioning, enablement, and go-to-market strategies
- Monitor product performance post-launch and leverage data to inform enhancements and future steps
- Serve as the primary accountable party for the success of your products
