Requirements
Must:
- Mandatory certification required; candidates must successfully complete Karat evaluation or possess industry certification
- We are looking for an Associate Principal with expertise in Data Architecture to lead and design high-performance data solutions
- Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise data architecture frameworks
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams to establish data strategies and governance
- Skilled in creating scalable data models, data flow diagrams, and metadata management processes
- Knowledge of aligning data architecture with business objectives and technology standards
- Familiarity with evaluating and recommending new data technologies and tools for enhanced data management
- Commitment to best practices in data integration, quality, and security
- Experience mentoring technical teams regarding data architecture principles and practices
- Participation in architectural reviews and enhancing data platforms continuously
Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end design and execution of data architecture for challenging projects
- Formulate and uphold data architecture standards, policies, and protocols
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ascertain requirements and convert them into technical solutions
- Supervise data modeling, database design, and metadata management initiatives
- Ensure data solutions are scalable, dependable, and secure
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to data architects and engineers
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless data integration across various systems
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in data architecture and apply relevant innovations
- Support data governance efforts and ensure compliance with regulations
- Drive ongoing enhancements in data architecture practices and documentation
