Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for desktop and laptop systems, addressing hardware and software issues
- Assist users with various operating systems like Windows, macOS, and Linux to ensure optimal performance
- Support the network infrastructure, including local area network setup, firewall settings, and VPN connections
- Manage service requests through platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy for efficient issue tracking
- Configure and maintain computer hardware components and peripherals
- Support software applications, including the Microsoft Office suite and other essential business tools
- Address connectivity challenges related to networking and local area networks
- Help with the installation and upkeep of operating systems and software updates
- Provide prompt customer service as part of our help desk operations, ensuring clear communication
- Collaborate with the IT team to enhance security protocols, including firewall management
