Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of experience, OR
- Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field with 7+ years of experience, OR
- No degree with 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and management roles
- Over 10 years of direct experience in test automation and software development
- At least 6 years of leadership experience managing multiple team projects
- Minimum of 4 years in automation framework development or contribution
- 4+ years of experience in API testing including SOAP and REST/MicroServices
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain teams to comprehend features and automate test cases, enhancing product quality and streamlining release timelines
- Employ various software testing methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Coordinate and lead end-to-end testing across multiple domains
- Identify manual processes and implement automated solutions
- Work closely with software engineers to grasp product architecture and features
- Engage in code reviews to advocate for superior code quality and standards
- Develop and maintain data scenarios to support test plans and cases
- Analyze testing results and advocate for quality throughout the development process
- Document and track bugs until resolution
- Work within an Agile/Scrum framework to deliver top-notch software
- Mentor team members on best practices in automation and design implementation
- Document and maintain relevant processes
