Data Integration Engineer - ETL Expert

- Design, develop, and maintain robust integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O, Salesforce, Dataverse, Marketing Cloud, Yardi Voyager, and internal SQL Server databases - Diagnose ingestion gaps, synchronization issues, duplicate identifiers, and mismatched data across integrated systems - Oversee data refresh protocols across production and development environments - Create and manage REST API and SOAP integrations across various platforms including endpoint creation, API consumption, authentication, error handling, logging, and operational monitoring - Develop integration components utilizing Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, SQL jobs, Dataverse connectors, Windows Services, and Zappier - Construct SQL queries, stored procedures, transformations, and views for reporting and analytics using Microsoft SQL Server - Maintain SSRS and legacy reports, ensuring consistency with Dynamics 365 F&O attribute and logic updates - Execute Salesforce SOQL queries to extract, transform, and validate CRM datasets - Manage and optimize data operations with Salesforce as the primary dataset source, ensuring accuracy and reliability - Extract, audit, and validate Marketing Cloud datasets through API and SQL pipelines to facilitate automations and customer journeys - Assist in maintaining data hygiene across Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Dataverse, handling contact merging, deletion, and synchronization issues - Troubleshoot and support internal applications that leverage API-driven and Dataverse-driven integrations - Participate in weekly IT meetings, Salesforce PM sessions, Marketing Cloud data discussions, and vendor sync meetings - Provide technical support and insights to colleagues, vendors, consultants, and business teams
