Requirements
Must:
- Proven track record with a strong portfolio showcasing your evolution as an engineer and the impact of your contributions
- Senior-level fullstack expertise with demonstrated ability to architect complex systems and mentor peers
- Mastery of our core stack: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, SQL, and Node.js
- Growth mindset evidenced by lifelong learning through side projects, open source contributions, or technical writing
- Experience with LLM integration and implementing AI features in production
- Strong problem-solving skills, self-directed learning ability, and excellent technical communication
- Must be based in British Columbia and eligible to work in Canada
- Available for daily standups and core collaboration hours (9am-12pm PST)
Responsibilities
- Drive innovation through code by shipping high-impact features and exploring new technologies to enhance our products
- Elevate the team through participating in rigorous code reviews, mentoring colleagues, and actively seeking feedback for collective growth
