Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology and systems
- Proficient in Epic systems, specifically Prelude and Cadence
- Experience with Decision Tree and Security configurations
- Capability to thrive in a collaborative and high-pressure setting
- EPIC certification in Prelude and Cadence is mandatory
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Epic Prelude and Cadence modules for new clinic implementations and operational workflows
- Conduct testing and quality assurance for all build components to verify system integrity and adherence to compliance standards
- Work closely with operational teams to collect requirements and ensure congruence with scheduling and registration practices
- Offer expert-level analysis, configuration, and support for Epic Cadence and Prelude
- Collaborate with project leaders and clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and execute system modifications
- Create documentation, configuration details, and assist in training end-users as necessary, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations
Description
