Requirements
Must:
- US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or IT with more than 4 years of relevant experience, or a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a related field in lieu of a degree
- Active Secret level government clearance
- CISSP or CSSLP certification is mandatory; proof of certification required
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design methodologies
- Familiarity with usability testing, prototyping, and user research techniques
- Knowledge of accessibility standards
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive websites, web applications, and digital interfaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interface designs
- Apply user experience principles to ensure intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly interactions
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define and refine project requirements
- Execute front-end designs utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
- Guarantee cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and scalability
- Conduct usability testing and integrate feedback into design enhancements
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries
- Ensure adherence to accessibility standards
- Support the integration of web interfaces with backend systems and APIs
- Develop and implement websites, web applications, application databases, and interactive web interfaces
- Evaluate code to ensure proper structure, compliance with industry standards, and compatibility across browsers and devices
- Optimize website performance, scalability, and backend processes
- Potentially develop website infrastructure and integrate it with other software applications
