Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution, or relevant continuous work experience
- A minimum of 10 years in program management, project management, product management, system engineering, IT management, business analysis, or related fields, preferably in large DOD programs
- Active Secret clearance or higher required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-first orientation
- Proven ability to manage and communicate effectively to keep personnel on track
- Experience leading a diverse technical team to address complex issues
- Track record of adapting to evolving project requirements
- Proficiency in program or project management
- Experience in leadership and team management, including task oversight and resolution of issues
- Exceptional organizational skills with solid knowledge of project management best practices
- Ability to connect people and foster collaboration to address challenges and drive business growth
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate customer support to ensure success of the program and alignment with key customer priorities
- Serve as a primary stakeholder in IT operational processes and functions vital to the services being provided
- Oversee all acquisitions, procurements, and outsourcing efforts to meet information security requirements
- Manage relationships with IT process owners supporting service delivery
- Identify system performance indicators and necessary actions to enhance or correct performance
- Address issues related to cyber workforce planning and management, including recruitment, retention, and training
- Oversee budgeting, staffing, and contracting for the program
- Conduct needs analysis to identify opportunities for improved business processes for the client
- Learn and understand LMIs and the clients core business processes
- Manage all services provided to a customer from end to end
- Gather customer satisfaction feedback and internal service performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure timely delivery of contractual deliverables
- Follow LMIs Quality Management Processes
- Professionally interact with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and document tasks in a ticketing system
- Utilize project management tools like GitLab or JIRA for version control and documentation
- Collaborate with the customer to gather requirements and product feedback for future iterations
- Support the preparation of capability briefings for military personnel
- Analyze business requirements to create effective solutions and provide timely resolutions to problems
- Communicate clearly with customers and product owners regarding business concerns and proposed solutions
- Maintain a high energy and enthusiastic approach while interacting with senior executives from Government and industry
- Create an inclusive and cooperative work environment
- Be self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of managing shifting priorities and changing project demands
- Be open to occasional travel
