Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
- Proficient in bridging business and technical aspects with an understanding of the software development lifecycle and hardware
- Demonstrated experience in leading agile teams, managing backlogs, and upholding product roadmaps
- Strong empathic abilities to engage with users, customers, and stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities
- Capable of navigating uncertainty with a positive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, team motivation, and product advocacy
- Possession of a Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMP, or relevant certification
- Must be a U.S. citizen and capable of obtaining a Secret clearance (Active clearance is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Engage with Department of Defense end users to comprehend mission requirements and design practical RFID solutions
- Prioritize user needs by transforming them into epics, stories, and tasks to ensure prompt delivery of valuable features
- Participate in technical discussions with engineers, drafting user stories that link customer expectations with technical execution
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholder teams to maintain open communication and ensure alignment on project goals

We are looking for a Technical Integration Lead who will spearhead a skilled development team in creating front-end applications and designing business logic that seamlessly integrates with RFID hardware. This role is not isolated; it involves engaging with customers to collaboratively address unique challenges and delivering solutions that significantly affect Department of Defense missions. Our position is based in Mechanicsburg, PA with opportunities for occasional telecommuting and some travel.
