Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the development, implementation, and deployment of ServiceNow modules using Agile DevSecOps methodologies in a client setting
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA), including the configuration of indicators, breakdowns, widgets, and dashboards
- Experience in designing and executing data collection jobs, formula indicators, and automated trend analyses
- Proficient in creating and optimizing Performance Analytics scorecards to measure KPIs and organizational goals
- Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow reporting, data visualization, and analytics leveraging the Performance Analytics module
- Familiarity with ServiceNow data architectures and the integration of PA with other modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, CSM, HRSD)
- Scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide API, or Business Rules) to enhance PA functionalities
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust/background investigation
- Bachelors degree required, ideally in engineering, finance, economics, operations research, mathematics, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience implementing ServiceNow modules for clients within the US Federal Government is a plus
- Desired certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ITIL
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive implementation life cycle to facilitate the deployment of ServiceNow modules in complex client environments
- Transform business requirements into effective ServiceNow Performance Analytics solutions and practical insights
- Configure time series analyses, thresholds, and forecasting within Performance Analytics
- Enhance system performance, ensuring PA solutions are both scalable and efficient
- Set up security and access controls related to Performance Analytics dashboards
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to grasp the mission requirements and translate those into ServiceNow tasks
- Implement ServiceNow modules for various customers
- Execute configurations and customizations for multiple client environments
- Create and maintain business rules, UI actions, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user portals
