Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in designing and managing contemporary infrastructure and platform environments
- Proficient in constructing and sustaining DevOps or DevSecOps platforms and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledgeable in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and hybrid infrastructures
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code using frameworks like Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, or equivalent
- Skilled in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong grasp of networking principles, encompassing routing, segmentation, and secure connectivity
- Experienced in overseeing compute, storage, virtualization, and infrastructure services
- Acquainted with automation, configuration management, and platform observability tools
- Solid grounding in engineering principles, including version control, automation, and operational reliability
- (Preferred) Background in designing internal developer platforms or platform engineering capabilities
- (Preferred) Familiar with enterprise architecture frameworks and technical standardization practices
- (Preferred) Experience with implementing DevSecOps practices, such as automated security scanning and policy enforcement
- (Preferred) Knowledge of zero trust networking, identity-aware infrastructure, and secure platform designs
- (Preferred) Experienced in regulated or security-sensitive operational environments
- (Preferred) Knowledgeable in infrastructure monitoring, logging, and observability tools
- (Preferred) Familiar with endpoint management and collaboration platforms
- (Preferred) Experience in cloud-native and hybrid enterprise settings
Responsibilities
- Design and develop internal platform capabilities for application development, deployment, and operations
- Establish and enforce enterprise technical standards and architectural patterns for infrastructures, platforms, and development environments
- Create and manage DevSecOps platforms and CI/CD pipelines to enable secure and automated software delivery
- Design and operate cloud and hybrid infrastructural environments encompassing AWS, Azure, on-premises, or edge settings
- Engineer and oversee compute, storage, and virtualization platforms that accommodate scalable workloads
- Configure and sustain secure network architectures and connectivity, including segmentation, zero trust strategies, and hybrid networking
- Develop and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) capabilities to standardize environment provisioning and setup
- Enforce security boundaries, platform hardening, and foundational configurations aligned with enterprise security protocols
- Support endpoint and collaboration solutions that facilitate secure productivity and engineering operations
- Manage infrastructure lifecycle operations, including provisioning, upgrades, patching, and capacity assessments
- Collaborate with security, architecture, and product engineering teams to ensure platforms promote secure, compliant, and dependable application delivery
- Enhance platform reliability through meticulous monitoring, automation, and operational tools
