Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in building and deploying modern full-stack applications
- Proficiency in backend development (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar) and API design

- Experience in deploying AI systems within regulated or enterprise settings (preferred)
- Understanding of model evaluation, guardrails, and AI assurance practices (preferred)
- Exposure to DevSecOps, compliance automation, or secure platform engineering (preferred)
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex (preferred)
- Knowledge of compliance-driven delivery standards like FedRAMP or NIST (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver full-stack applications from user interfaces to backend services
- Create AI-enabled functionalities utilizing LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and orchestration frameworks
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise solutions, workflows, and data systems
- Develop secure and scalable APIs and services to back AI-powered applications
- Collaborate with product, platform, and security teams to ensure compliant, mission-ready solutions
- Utilize agentic coding methodologies to enhance implementation, testing, and iterations
- Contribute to engineering best practices for AI quality, evaluation, observability, and ethical deployment
