Requirements
Must:
- Approximately 7+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer
- Strong, hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proficient in developing Portals / Power Apps Portals / Power Pages
- Experienced in Power Automate
- Skilled in Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps
- Knowledgeable in creating Plugins and custom workflows
- Familiar with SharePoint Integration
- Experienced in Canvas Apps and web resources
- Proficient in C# development, including data structures (strongly preferred)
- Exposure to D365 AI functions and Azure OpenAI or similar AI technologies is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor a team of developers, both on-shore and off-shore
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to work independently and in a distributed team setting
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and tailor solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Create and manage Portals / Power Apps Portals / Power Pages
- Develop Canvas Apps and custom workflows/processes
- Build web resources and custom UI components
- Maintain integrations utilizing Power Automate, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Translate business objectives into technical specifications
- Provide regular project updates and manage stakeholder expectations
- Offer technical oversight to a small team of developers, reviewing code and ensuring best practices are followed
- Contribute to the design and implementation of D365 AI functions and automation capabilities as applicable
