Requirements
Must:
- A valid drivers license and passport or the capability to acquire both.
- Must be open to traveling within North America for up to 40% of the workweek.
- Experience with cGLP/cGMP is preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM software is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Google G-Suite and MS Office products is required.
- A Bachelors degree in Physical or Life Sciences is necessary; a background in Chemistry, Physics, or Engineering is preferred.
- A minimum of 0-2 years of demonstrated experience in customer product service or a relevant industry-related field.
Responsibilities
- Initiate proactive and engaging communications with customers in preparation for technical services and ongoing support.
- Oversee various customer orders along with their maintenance programs.
- Install product systems at client locations, which includes system configuration, user training, and qualification.
- Provide continual technical support for products, which includes troubleshooting via email, phone, and onsite maintenance.
- Offer and implement software upgrades and extended warranties for products.
- Conduct diagnostics on returned product systems.
- Prepare leased product systems, ensuring software and documentation are complete.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
