Requirements
Must:
- 4-7 years of practical full stack engineering experience
- Strong foundational knowledge of software development
- Proficiency in frontend and backend technologies
- Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Python
- Effective communication skills for technical discussions with customers
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced work environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrations and custom features within a rapidly evolving product
- Collaborate closely with implementation leads on technical aspects related to customers
- Deliver high-quality, scalable code throughout the entire stack with autonomy
- Participate in architectural decisions and shape product direction based on innovative ideas
- Play a key role in establishing a positive engineering culture as an early team member
