Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree required
- 5-10 years of project management experience
- Experienced in financial systems (Oracle EBS, SAP Financials/FICO, or similar Financial ERP)
- Proven experience in managing a full project lifecycle
- Global experience, preferably in LATAM, EMEA, and NA
- Familiarity with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
- C-level engagement proficiency
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong communication skills to lead meetings effectively
- PMP certification is a plus but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Create a thorough project plan outlining scope, goals, timelines, budget, and resources needed
- Oversee project execution ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards
- Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and project team members
- Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders
- Manage project resources including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and follow project processes
- Document and manage any changes to project scope, schedule, or budget
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed and close the project efficiently
Description
We are LHH, collaborating with a consulting firm based in Manhattan, seeking a Sr. Financial Systems Project Manager for an initial 6-month engagement, with strong potential for extension. The role is hybrid, requiring candidates to be onsite three days a week. We welcome local applicants from NYC and NJ, as in-person interviews are required.
