IT Business Analyst - ServiceNow Specialist

Requirements
Must:
- I hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
- I have mastery of the ServiceNow platform.
- I possess eight years of experience in information technology, including five years as a business analyst or process analyst.
- I have completed two extensive projects related to integrating all aspects of business analysis (feasibility studies, business cases, opportunity studies, feasibility analyses).
Responsibilities
- I ensure alignment between defined processes and associated resources in the ServiceNow tool.
- I participate in identifying, defining, analyzing, and documenting the business needs of the organization.
- I model current and target business processes using the BPMN method and identify optimization opportunities.
- I draft the necessary documentation (business cases, opportunity studies, feasibility analyses) to support the design and implementation of solutions.
- I act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams.
- I engage in executing functional tests, conduct acceptance testing, and support during deployment.
