Application Manager: Project Management System

- Serve as the main support contact for users of Trimble ProjectSight throughout the organization. - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to workflows, functionality, access, and integrations. - Oversee system access, user roles, and permissions management. - Document resolutions, known issues, and system modifications for analysis and ongoing enhancement. - Assist in testing and rolling out new versions and system updates. - Work in conjunction with Trimble to address issues and implement updates swiftly. - Create and maintain dashboards and reports to guarantee data accuracy and consistency. - Support application configuration to ensure alignment of reporting with construction business practices. - Participate in system enhancements including custom fields, workflows, and reporting improvements. - Retain a comprehensive understanding of LEMOINEs construction project management and business operations. - Suggest system optimizations that boost efficiency for both field and office users. - Facilitate third-party integrations while ensuring system stability and effectiveness. - Contribute to LEMOINEs strategic ProjectSight development timeline. - Generate and maintain application documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures. - Keep a record of user requests and preferred enhancements. - Develop end-user training resources and technical documentation. - Assist in training efforts for help desk staff and internal users. - Continuously enhance the application knowledge base. - Undertake additional duties as assigned to support the IT and operational divisions.
