Requirements
Must:
- Over 4 years of experience in IT support (preferably within a Managed Service Provider or multi-client setting)
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Networking issues
- Strong grasp of cybersecurity principles, data backup, and recovery techniques
- Enjoys interacting with clients while addressing technical challenges
- Valid drivers license with dependable transportation for on-site tasks
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to diagnose issues swiftly and accurately, with thorough documentation of processes and solutions
- Bonus: Experience with VoIP systems (such as 3CX)
- Relevant certifications including CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Modern Desktop/Azure Administrator
- Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security or a related field; professional Microsoft certification is advantageous
- Experience with hardware repairs
Responsibilities
- Address escalated help desk tickets that require advanced troubleshooting capabilities
- Visit client locations for direct problem-solving, installations, and project implementations
- Resolve intricate issues related to Windows servers, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, networking, and other technologies
- Set up, maintain, and enhance hardware, networks, and business software applications
- Apply cybersecurity best practices and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) policies to safeguard our clientele
