Requirements

- Capacity to adapt Agile practices to various project types and environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in a federal context
Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive project management for diverse technical initiatives across multiple platforms and technologies
- Convert business and technical requirements into organized, well-governed projects with precise scope and delivery timelines
- Ensure seamless transitions from project intake through execution and release to minimize confusion and scope alterations
- Align business necessities with technical design and implementation methods
- Act as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead for teams focused on application development and enhancements
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies while customizing practices to suit federal delivery realities
- Uphold sprint discipline and ensure clarity in user stories and acceptance criteria
- Create and maintain RAIDs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) for all assigned projects
- Anticipate and manage project delivery risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
- Serve as the main point of contact between federal stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Conduct structured sessions, project reviews, and planning meetings to ensure alignment and transparency
- Promote and implement improvements in Agile maturity and overall delivery effectiveness
- Standardize project management practices while accommodating variations across different project types
- Assist in proposal efforts related to technical delivery approaches and governance strategies
- Participate in client interactions as a subject-matter expert in delivery and execution
