Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with exceptional communication abilities, as effective communication via phone, in-person interactions, and email is our top priority. You should possess the talent to identify and analyze problems, and more importantly, simplify the solutions so our users will appreciate your expertise.
Technical skills needed include:
- Proficiency in application programming (C#, .NET, HTML, SQL) and experience with Microsoft Visual Studio
- Capability to manipulate, import, and export data using Microsoft Excel
- Skills to troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware issues related to workstations and printers
- Ability to address elementary software problems within the Windows Operating System and Windows applications
- Competency in identifying and manually eliminating malware or viruses from a Windows Operating System
- A willingness to run cables, climb ladders, and crawl under desks
- A willingness to drive short distances between showrooms, possessing a valid driver's license
Given our extensive network and advanced telecommunications infrastructure, experience in these areas would be incredibly beneficial. Additionally, a foundational understanding of VoIP/TCP/IP and video camera technology is desired.
