Requirements
Must:
- 3-year college diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Ability to obtain or possess a Security Clearance
- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle
Responsibilities
- Manage Microsoft 365 migrations, Azure AD, Exchange, and SharePoint
- Configure, set up, and maintain Microsoft Server versions 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022
- Implement desktop and server virtualization solutions
- Handle SQL, Exchange, Active Directory, and Azure services
- Provide cloud backup solutions
- Offer mobile support for iPhone and Android devices
- Configure and manage firewalls and VPNs, including SonicWALL and Cisco
- Oversee NAS and access points, such as Synology and Aruba
- Maintain documentation and infrastructure site plans
- Deliver onsite and remote client service and support
- Set up and provide support for desktop PCs and Macs for end users
