Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in an instructional or training capacity.
- A minimum of 1 year of direct experience in Telemetry Analysis.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in satellite operations.
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility and CI Polygraph required.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with 5 or more years in a formal or informal leadership position.
- Analytical and objective thinker with proficient problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct expert-level Telemetry Analysis (TA) on Moog spacecraft bus systems, including real-time monitoring and anomaly resolution.
- Convert engineering documentation into clear operating procedures and training resources.
- Analyze spacecraft performance data, assess vehicle behavior, and communicate findings to operations teams and stakeholders.
- Identify deficiencies in technical documentation and operational processes and implement solutions.
- Provide well-informed recommendations regarding spacecraft performance and operational risks.
- Oversee Launch and Early Orbit Checkout (LEOP) activities while supporting 24/7 satellite command operations.
- Create and improve checklists, procedures, and operational documents for satellite and ground systems.
- Participate in daily operational meetings and provide valuable insights for ongoing missions.
- Research counterspace threats and their implications for mission security.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to senior leadership and project stakeholders.
- Assist in the onboarding and integration of new or upgraded tools and systems.
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment while displaying strong organization and self-motivation.
