Requirements
Must:
- A bachelors degree with four (4) years of relevant Operational ELINT Field experience.
- A graduate degree with two (2) years of Operational ELINT Field experience.
- A minimum of eight (8) years of Operational ELINT Field experience may substitute for a degree.
- Must hold an active Secret Clearance upon hire and be capable of obtaining a TS/SCI Clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Preferred: Active TS/SCI clearance, and experience as a Task or IPT Leader.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Operational ELINT knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to design and execute new system functionalities.
- Draft requirements and support the development process.
- Execute integration testing of newly developed or modified products in Systems Integration Laboratories and on both airborne and ground-based platforms.
- Verify and validate new functionality while ensuring ongoing legacy system performance.
- Engage with other Systems Engineers, Agile Development teams, and Project Engineering to assimilate new functionalities.
- Coordinate with L3Harris Internal Research and Development to advance proprietary ELINT technologies and capabilities.
- Document system testing statuses and anomalies, oversee fixes for identified issues.
- Interface with customers to ensure their satisfaction regarding system performance.
- Collaborate with management to establish and maintain schedules and budgets for assigned tasks.
- Provide regular status reports to management and customers about ongoing projects.
- Analyze customer requirements, conduct system/sub-system trade studies, and formulate detailed specifications for systems and components.
- Develop testing plans and procedures for various test equipment, including anechoic chambers and spectrum analyzers.
- Manage entire Program/Engineering Life Cycle phases and activities.
