Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s Degree with nine (9) years of experience in Configuration and Data Management
- Graduate Degree with seven (7) years of Configuration and Data Management experience
- Alternatively, a minimum of 13 years of Configuration and Data Management experience in the absence of a degree
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Familiarity with configuration and data management specifications
- Strong understanding of configuration control for military and commercial (FAA) documents
- Knowledge of functional and physical configuration audits is preferred
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of five teams across two locations
- Facilitate communication within and beyond the team to ensure cooperation on operational practices
- Implement moderate to substantial enhancements to systems and processes
- Contribute towards reaching departmental objectives and operational plans that directly affect results
- Lead the team including staffing, forecasting, and hiring initiatives
- Develop, monitor, assess, and act on team operational metrics
- Execute other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor
