Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience or a Graduate Degree with at least 4 years of related experience
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required
- Familiarity with calibration and Direction Finding (DF) techniques
- Proficiency in Digital Signal Processing
- Willingness to travel up to 10%, with potential for more if necessary
- Active CompTIA Security+ certification or ability to obtain it within 6 months
- Previous military SIGINT/ELINT experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Collection System tasking
- Experience with Python scripting and Cameo is advantageous
- Relevant certifications such as MBSE, Sec+, CASP+/SecurityX, CySA, or CISSP are beneficial
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to create and maintain schedules and budgets for assigned tasks
- Provide regular status updates on ongoing projects to management and clients
- Interface with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction with system performance
- Engage with Systems Engineers, Software Engineering, Flight Line Test, Product Development, and Project Engineering to comprehend new baseline functionalities
- Contribute to the development of proprietary SIGINT technologies in partnership with L3Harris Internal Research and Development (IR&D)
- Adhere to existing standards for documenting system testing progress and identifying any anomalies with hardware and software, as well as verifying fixes
- Utilize various online tools such as Jira, MATLAB, DOORS, and Confluence
- Develop algorithms focused on geolocation processing and advanced concepts
- Maintain a functional working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Operate in fast-paced environments while proactively identifying solutions, enhancing product quality, and documenting progress
