Systems Engineering Specialist

- Develop comprehensive system requirements for the specification, design, and verification of propulsion systems in line with industry standards. - Collaborate with various teams to ensure adherence to requirements throughout design and verification phases. - Identify potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion. - Present findings and updates through written reports and oral presentations to stakeholders at various levels. - Manage system, subsystem, and component requirements for rocket propulsion systems product development, including deriving and documenting these requirements in databases and specifications. - Perform functional analysis, coordinate system trade studies, and select optimized concept baselines based on benefit/cost evaluations. - Oversee project risk assessments and manage mitigation plans, potentially directing and reviewing the work of a small team of engineers or technicians. - Communicate results through presentations and written documentation, representing the organization in meetings and teleconferences to resolve key issues and coordinate work.
