Systems Engineer - Reliability & Safety Specialist

Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree and at least 4 years of related experience in Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety (RAMS)
- Graduate Degree plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of applicable experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to further enhance skills
- Strong mathematical abilities, particularly in probability and statistics
- Self-driven individual capable of managing and completing projects within budget and time constraints
- Preference for candidates with previous RAMS experience
- Ability to obtain a secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Analyze and ensure the reliability, maintainability, and safety of communications equipment
- Conduct performance evaluations of hardware and software through detailed analyses and assessments
- Prepare technical documentation and presentation materials, including reliability and maintainability predictions
- Execute Failure Modes Effects & Criticality Analyses (FMECA) and various safety analyses
- Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary engineering development setting
- Manage resources and time effectively to support multiple concurrent programs
- Present technical data during customer reviews
