- Active US Secret clearance
- Experience with DOORS requirements management software
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) or similar UML-based modeling technologies
- Experience with system verification
- Experience working within a large multidisciplinary engineering team
- Experience assessing and reporting technical project status, risks, and issues

Responsibilities
In this position, I will participate in, and potentially lead portions of, the technical concept and architectural design development activities for our Tactical Communication (TCOM) products, informed by my interactions with both internal and external customers. I will provide technical support to our Business Development and Product Development teams to define system designs through modeling, use case analysis, and well-formed system and product level requirements.
- I will collaborate with Business Development teams, Engineering Project teams, and Engineering Discipline Team leads to ensure consistent strategy, direction, and alignment with the Segment Strategic Growth Plan (SGP).
- I will work with team members to drive requirements for new product designs, relying on resources from other specific disciplines as needed.
- I will assist with proposals by defining and reviewing technical baselines for new product effort estimations.
- I will work collaboratively across the engineering organization focusing on Requirements Management, Technical Baseline Creation, Review and Approval, and compliance with System Engineering processes, including leading solution design reviews and Risk Management/Analysis.

Description
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $74,000 - $138,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
