Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline with at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Graduate degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience
- In lieu of a degree, at least 8 years of prior related experience
- Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
- Strong interpersonal skills and capability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in systems engineering and digital design
- Familiarity with military or NASA component specifications and hardware test procedures
- Experience in guidance and control avionics, including GPS receivers and data acquisition systems
- Knowledge of laboratory and test equipment
- Hands-on experience with electronics integration, troubleshooting, and testing methodologies
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical lead within a program team, overseeing technical planning, design, analysis, implementation, system integration, validation, and verification
- Lead or collaborate with a team to carry out technical planning, system integration, and validation efforts for various programs
- Conduct systems analysis and evaluation, identifying performance measures and implementing necessary adjustments to meet system goals
- Engage in designing, developing, and testing complex systems
- Perform comprehensive analyses at all development stages including concept, design, fabrication, testing, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal
