Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 4 years of applicable experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proven background in a systems engineering role, focusing on requirements, design, manufacturing, and system integration.
- Experience utilizing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with aerospace product systems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical point of contact and Integrated Product Team (IPT) member.
- Conduct technical analyses, manage specifications, and produce design reviews and technical documentation.
- Lead product testing and design verification, oversee requirements sell-offs, and facilitate end item data package (EIDP) generation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost engineering performance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and compatibility of systems, providing technical leadership throughout all project phases.
- Apply systems engineering tools and methodologies to support MBSE practices.
- Participate in proposal development and program planning activities.
