Requirements
Must:
- Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Wireless Engineering, Information Security, Mathematics, Digital Arts & Sciences, or a related field
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as C++, C#, C, Java, Ruby, JEE, HTML5, XML, SQL, and Qt
- Understanding of operating systems including Windows, Unix, and Linux
- Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and concepts like Real-Time Controls, Embedded Systems, and Software Security
- Experience with digital signal processing (DSP), communication systems, and software engineering principles
Responsibilities
- Apply concepts from computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis to develop software applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to create and assess interfaces between hardware and software
- Contribute to all phases of the software development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, and testing for embedded software
- Generate software test procedures, develop programs, and produce accompanying documentation
- Utilize modeling tools to gather operational data, conduct experiments, and analyze results
- Engage in peer reviews to identify, track, and resolve software defects
- Implement software languages on various platforms including Windows, Linux, mobile, and embedded real-time systems
