Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s Degree along with nine (9) years of experience in Configuration and Data Management
- Graduate Degree with seven (7) years of experience in Configuration and Data Management
- A minimum of 13 years of Configuration and Data Management experience in lieu of a degree
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory
- Familiarity with configuration and data management specifications
- Understanding of configuration control for military and FAA documents
- Knowledge of conducting functional and physical configuration audits is preferred
- Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of five teams across two locations, focusing on configuration/data management, software configuration management, and technical editing
- Facilitate communication within and outside respective functions to foster cooperation on operational protocols and procedures
- Implement and enhance systems and processes with moderate to significant improvements
- Contribute to departmental objectives and operational plans that directly influence departmental outcomes
- Lead the team, including staffing efforts, forecasting, and recruitment
- Develop, track, assess, and take action based on team operational metrics
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
