Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
- Graduate degree with at least 13 years of related experience
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 19 years of relevant experience
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance
- Demonstrated experience with Electronic Warfare systems, including signal analysis and hardware design
- Expertise in Electronic Warfare system design, including threat characterization and advanced countermeasures
- Deep knowledge of modern signal processing techniques such as adaptive filtering and detection theory
- Practical experience in architecting real-time EW/RF processing chains on platforms like FPGAs and GPUs
- Proven history of developing or assessing advanced algorithms for radar and communications applications
- Strong understanding of electronic attack and protection principles
- Ability to conduct high-level trade studies and convert mission needs into technical requirements
- Experience working with government clients or contractors on EW or advanced RF technology programs
- Previous execution of DoD/govt programs
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical liaison between L3Harris and customer engineering teams
- Collaborate with various departments to define and document customer requirements
- Conduct trade studies and leverage internal experts to architect cost-effective solutions
- Serve as the technical advocate for customer needs during program evaluations
- Interpret customer mission requirements and identify addressable market opportunities
- Build business cases and manage resources for new business opportunities
- Develop initial Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and system architecture views
- Lead efforts to create suitable solutions for customer demands
- Coordinate analyses to optimize overall system architecture
- Establish strategies for technology integration and migration
- Conduct technical assessments and direction for supplier selection
- Prepare and present technical information to address specific subjects of interest
- Analyze and provide resolutions for contractual technical challenges
- Supervise exploration activities such as RFI/RFP responses and technical baseline reviews
