Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience
- If no degree, a minimum of 19 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience with EW systems, including signals analysis and hardware design techniques
- Demonstrated track record of executing DoD/government programs
- Strong technical business development aptitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience in functional and physical architecture development
- Collaborative team player with the ability to operate independently
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic technical leadership to align L3Harris capabilities with business needs
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between L3Harris and customer engineering teams
- Support business development by generating new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to articulate customer mission needs and requirements
- Conduct comprehensive trade studies and evaluations to propose effective solutions
- Lead proposal efforts by engaging with Subject Matter Experts to design affordable solutions
- Advocate for customer needs during program reviews and execution phases
- Assess requirements against existing designs to identify potential enhancements
- Facilitate the development of operational documentation and system architecture views
- Lead the analysis and optimization of system architectures and strategies
