Senior Systems Engineering Specialist - Data Link

Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in an engineering field (Electrical, Systems, etc.) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree with at least 4 years of related experience.
- Alternatively, a minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering experience without a degree.
- Current DOD Secret Clearance, with the ability to acquire and maintain a DOD Top Secret (TS/SCI) Security Clearance.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting Data Link systems (e.g., Link16, CMF) in single and Multi-Level Security environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for generating work products is essential.
Responsibilities
- Support the performance verification and ongoing maintenance of fielded Tactical Communication systems and components.
- Engage in formal engineering analysis and assess performance parameters at both the total system and individual component levels.
- Design, develop, and implement data management, processing, and reporting software tools.
