Senior Systems Engineering Program Analyst

Requirements
Must:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance with capability to obtain and maintain TS level
- Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Graduate Degree with at least 4 years of related experience
- Alternatively, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Proven understanding of job area with practical knowledge of Project Management
- Experience in collaborating and coordinating across departments (e.g., Engineering, Scheduling, Program Management)
- Proficiency in data analytics to prepare and present reports on program status for stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Relevant data analytics experience within Military, Finance, and Program/Project Management functions
- Strong written, verbal, and teamwork communication skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, LTS, JIRA, SMI
- Previous experience in Systems or Program/Project Management
Responsibilities
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support program evaluations
- Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings
- Monitor program progress and performance against established metrics
- Assist in budget preparation and financial management of programs
- Establish control account plans within the performance measurement baseline, including opening and closing charge numbers
- Review and analyze control accounts Estimate at Completion (EAC) monthly, considering the implications of technical costs, schedules, and performance
