Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with six (6) years of Operational ELINT Field experience
- Graduate degree with four (4) years of Operational ELINT Field experience
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of eight (8) years of Operational ELINT Field experience
- Active Secret Clearance at time of hire with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Preferred: Active TS/SCI clearance
- Preferred: Leadership experience as a Task or IPT Leader
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with customers to design and implement new system functionalities
- Develop detailed requirements and support product development
- Conduct integration testing of new or modified products in the Systems Integration Laboratory and on various platforms
- Verify and validate new baseline functionalities while ensuring legacy capabilities remain operational
- Interface with Systems Engineers, Agile Development Engineering, and other teams to understand new functionalities
- Work with our Internal Research and Development (IR&D) team to advance proprietary ELINT technology
- Document system testing status and any anomalies in compliance with existing standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective interface regarding system performance
- Coordinate with management on schedules and budgets for assigned tasks
- Provide regular updates on the status of ongoing projects to management and customers
- Analyze customer requirements and develop test plans for various test equipment
- Manage entire program life cycle phases and activities
- Support IRAD and technical baseline development
- Manage requirements efficiently
- Contribute FPGA expertise during the hardware/design phase
- Prepare working contract proposals
- Be open to occasional travel of up to 10%
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
