Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- 4+ years of experience in decomposing complex requirements into detailed specifications.
- Proficiency with Cameo Systems Modeler or similar MBSE tools.
- Experience in developing microservice architecture and its application in software systems.
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies to create and manage system models using Cameo Systems Modeler.
- Design, implement, and sustain software systems and microservice architectures in support of space mission engineering.
- Break down high-level requirements into comprehensive, actionable specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the seamless integration of system components.
- Engage in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct system-level analyses and trade studies for informed design decisions.
- Produce and maintain documentation such as system architecture diagrams, interface control documents, and test plans.
- Facilitate the verification and validation of system requirements through thorough testing and analysis.
