Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience - Graduate Degree with at least 4 years related experience - In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of related experience - Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph - Over 5 years of experience in software integration and testing, specifically focusing on user acceptance testing (UAT) - Experience in developing and implementing both manual and automated software tests - Familiarity with industry-standard test automation tools, such as Test Complete or Selenium - Proficiency in industry-accepted requirements repositories and defect tracking tools (e.g., Backlog, Bugzilla, Jira, etc.)

Responsibilities

- Design, create, and manage comprehensive test cases that correlate with requirements and user stories - Conduct software testing sessions utilizing industry-standard testing tools - Actively take part in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Government Acceptance Testing (GGAT) initiatives - Identify and document bugs, issues, inconsistencies, or failed test cases using a government defect tracking tool - Generate and deliver test reports while presenting findings to relevant project stakeholders - Independently develop and adhere to precise test scripts with meticulous attention to detail, documenting all outcomes - Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in updating senior leadership - Operate effectively with minimal supervision
