Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Graduate degree with at least 4 years of related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MBSE tools such as MagicDraw, Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect.
- Strong grasp of systems engineering principles and practices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and teams.
- Ability to obtain a US Government TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Support development of concepts of operation and perform requirements analysis, decomposition, and generation at various system levels.
- Develop and implement MBSE methodologies and frameworks for engineering projects.
- Conduct systems modeling and simulation to analyze performance and validate requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and alignment of MBSE practices.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance in the application of MBSE organization-wide.
- Conduct training and mentoring for engineering staff on MBSE tools and best practices.
