Senior Systems Engineer - Space Operations Trainer

Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree along with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Graduate degree accompanied by at least 4 years of related experience
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Top Secret SCI clearance with a Counterintelligence Polygraph required
- 3+ years of experience in Department of Defense Instructional System Design (ISD) or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in space operations and/or familiarity with NRO on-orbit space systems tools, System Tool Kit (STK), and threat determination analysis tools
- Completion of an accredited basic instructor course or equivalent is preferred
- Experience in Orbital Mechanics within the Space Domain Awareness (SDA) field is valued
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training programs for space operations personnel
- Conduct periodic evaluations of training materials for both operational and support training products
- Organize and lead both formal and casual classroom instruction across all organizational divisions
- Facilitate training meetings and participate in operations updates, strategic planning meetings, and tool demonstrations, sharing subject matter expertise
- Provide hands-on system training for operators as needed
- Maintain proficiency in operational systems under the contract portfolio
- Create training documentation and visual aids with clear instructions, including system screenshots and supporting annotations
- Stay updated on developing system tools and assist in integrating and developing these systems as a subject matter expert
