Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- Proficiency in MBSE tools such as MagicDraw, Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect.
- Strong grasp of systems engineering principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead intricate technical projects and teams.
- Capability to secure a US Government TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of operations concepts and requirements analysis across various system levels.
- Design and implement MBSE methodologies and frameworks to enhance engineering projects.
- Perform systems modeling and simulations to evaluate system performance and validate requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration and alignment of MBSE practices.
- Provide leadership and technical expertise in the implementation of MBSE throughout the organization.
- Conduct training and mentorship for engineering personnel on MBSE tools and best practices.
