Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a Masters Degree with 0-1 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a minimum of 6 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Active U.S. Government DOD Secret or Top Secret clearance is required or must be obtainable.
Responsibilities
- Assist in systems engineering activities, engaging in vital project and program engineering tasks.
- Involved in requirements analysis, breaking down and assigning requirements to appropriate functional areas or subcontractors, and aiding in managing requirement traceability to customer specifications.
- Aid in design synthesis and developing necessary design documentation such as technical specifications and test plans.
- Ensure compliance with technical performance standards, quality, and established policies.
- Contribute to the preparation and delivery of design reviews for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support project schedule and budget planning as well as subcontract management and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with systems engineering and other design engineering teams.
- Assist in system integration, verification, and qualification efforts.
- Participate in customer inquiries such as RFIs and RFPs and assist in business development, including technical demonstrations.
