Senior Specialist, Systems Engineering - Algorithms

Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience or a Graduate Degree with at least 4 years of related exposure.
- Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
- Proficiency in calibration and direction-finding techniques.
- Experience in Digital Signal Processing.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%, or more if necessary.
- Active CompTIA Security+ certification or the ability to obtain it within 6 months.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with algorithm development focused on geolocation processing and advanced concepts.
- Experience with multiple online tools, including Jira, MATLAB, DOORS, and Confluence.
- Preferred: Military SIGINT/ELINT experience, collection system tasking, exposure to Python scripting and Cameo, various certifications such as MBSE, CySA, or CISSP.
Responsibilities
- Work in dynamic environments while proactively proposing solutions, enhancing processes, and improving product quality.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction with system functionality.
- Collaborate with management to establish and adhere to project timelines and budgets.
- Provide regular progress reports to both management and customers on ongoing tasks.
- Support various teams, including Systems Engineers and Software Engineering, to understand and implement new functionalities.
- Assist L3Harris Internal Research and Development in creating proprietary SIGINT technology and capabilities.
- Document system testing outcomes and report anomalies within hardware and software, ensuring verification of fixes.
- Utilize various online collaboration tools to enhance project flow and efficiency.
