Senior Specialist, Industrial Systems Engineer

Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Industrial Systems Engineering or a similar role
- Graduate degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience is acceptable
- At least 10 years of related experience may substitute for a degree
- Strong understanding of systems and manufacturing engineering within aerospace or defense
- Familiarity with preconstruction planning processes is advantageous
- Active US Secret Clearance preferred
- Proficiency with IBM DOORs and Model-Based Systems Engineering practices
- Capable of interpreting architectural and building design documents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed system and facility requirements for propulsion manufacturing facility construction
- Collaborate with Operations and Manufacturing Engineering for process enhancements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and relevant standards in facility design
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill design and construction requirements
- Support project planning, scheduling, and budgeting efforts
- Identify potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies
- Present findings and updates in both written reports and oral presentations
