Senior Associate, Systems Engineer - Space Optics

Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree combined with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
- At least 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience in a systems engineering role focusing on requirements, design, manufacturing, and system integration.
- Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies.
- Background in aerospace products is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the product testing and design verification processes, including requirements sell-off and risk assessments.
- Generate end item data packages (EIDP) and facilitate continuous process improvements for enhanced engineering efficiency.
- Conduct technical analysis and manage specifications.
- Lead design reviews and documentation development.
- Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team as part of an integrated product team.
